From The Kitchen To The Bathroom

So for any of you beauty conscious/Health conscious people out there, I would just like to share a quick post with Ya’ll on my MUST have kitchen items that also like to follow me to the bathroom and satisfy my beauty needs 100%.
1- For the first product we have both Lemon and Manuka honey, These products are both used daily in my Honey,Olive leaf and lemon water that i always love to sip on this in the evening HOWEVER, these products mean an equally great deal to me in the bathroom, With a squeeze of lemon, A tablespoon of honey and a wee bit of brown coconut sugar mixed in together, This is the ULTIMATE facial exfoliant, I try to do this once a week and my skin always feels smooth after and its not harsh or gritty.
*Lemons are a great anti-bacterial and rich in vitamin C hence why i love to add a squeeze into the scrub. Manuka Honey also have anti-bacterial qualities and is good on the top of wounds and is effective in fighting infection and promotes healing.
2- Apple cider vinegar, I use a small bit of vinegar and mix with a bit of water and use this as my toner, i love it! I could not imagine using anything else now. As i have problem skin I’m now reaching for the vinegar as a quick treatment for my spots rather then my toothpaste, It is also an anti bacterial so for people like me its good to put on those occasional zits. If you haven’t done this before i suggest trying only a little bit of ACV to begin and then see how your skin goes as it can cause a little sting. I feel as though my zits have been healing allot faster since using ACV as a toner and my skin has been allot clearer. This is the golden secret to skincare.
3-Coconut oil, Im sure allot of you have been using this as a beauty product rather then a cooking oil, how good is it?!?! As i don’t have dry skin i only ever use a small bit of this as a moisturiser on my face but on your body all over it is amazing! It can also help reduce the appearance of scars.
If you have any foods from your kitchen that you also use as skincare please leave a message and let me know your tips!
